Jim is amazing! He's affordable and super understanding! I had never contacted a plumber before but he was the nicest person on the planet. He made time to help me out when I really needed it. I wouldn't go to anyone else!

I had the pleasure of being introduced to Express Services Plumbing yesterday. I used my home warranty company to submit a claim on a leak. To make a long story short, work was not covered by HSA but still had Express Services Plumbing do the work. They were incredibly responsive and did great work. I now consider them my forever plumbing company that I will use. Brison the owner is awesome and Jim who did the work was fast, polite and very professional. Great place to work with.

Does great work, fast! And doesn’t try and upsell, trustworthy plumber with great prices. Very transparent, and willing to try and diagnose a problem instead of selling you all new equipment.

Jim is a wonderful person with very kind nature and great value. My water heater was not turned on when I got home following a two-month stay abroad. It is fairly new, and I was certain that all it needed to start was for the pilot to ignite, but I didn't want to take any chances, so I looked for an expert to handle it. After making several calls, two professionals were prepared to come home at twice the usual rate because it was after hours. Jim answered the phone when I eventually called this establishment. He spoke with me for more than five minutes as he described the scenario, providing step-by-step instructions on how to begin it and assuring me that there was no need to fear or become anxious. I was able to turn it on, allowing my entire family to take a much-needed shower. While I have no problem with other professionals acting opportunistically, Jim shown a wonderful helping human nature and chose to undertake the good act, which speaks highly of him. If I ever needed any installation or repair work in the future, I would without a doubt contact him.

Jim came out and took good care of my family home with a plumbing issue we had. Good communication and prompt. Would recommend.

Great job on Laundry basin. Out of commission a couple of years for faucet, drain and input lines. Good to have it back and usable! Have several other jobs this old house needs and hope to move forward with them.
